You have a generous 30-day period from the date of purchase to initiate a return for eligible items.

Eligibility for Returns:

To qualify for a return, the product must remain in its original, unworn, and unused condition, complete with all tags and packaging intact.


  • Custom-made or personalized items may only be returned if they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Sale or clearance items are ineligible for returns unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.

Refund Process:

Upon receiving the returned item and confirming its condition, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 5  business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method.

Gift Cards:

  • MRO Palace Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • They are valid for one year from the date of purchase and can be used to purchase any product available at MRO Palace in-store and online..
