You have a generous 30-day period from the date of purchase to initiate a return for eligible items.

Eligibility for Returns:

To qualify for a return, the product must remain in its original, unworn, and unused condition, complete with all tags and packaging intact.

Exclusions:

• Custom-made or personalized items may only be returned if they arrive damaged or defective.
• Sale or clearance items are ineligible for returns unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.

Return Process:

• Provide Necessary Information: When contacting us, please furnish your order number, a detailed reason for the return, and any pertinent photographs (if applicable).
• Return Authorization: Our team will diligently review your request and issue a return authorization, along with instructions for your next steps.
• Package the Item: Securely package the product, ensuring it remains in its original condition and includes all relevant tags and packaging.
• Shipping: Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the return is attributed to an error on our part or if the item arrives damaged or defective.

Refund Process:

Upon receiving the returned item and confirming its condition, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 5  business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method.

Gift Cards:

• MRO Palace Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• They are valid for one year from the date of purchase and can be used to purchase any product available at MRO Palace in-store and online..
